Participation in the TB4YB 21-day trial (“Trial”) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

To return your order you must first:

  • Check with us that the devices are being correctly applied (if not already done so).
  • Let us know why the device(s) did not meet your expectation.
  • Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
  • Return by registered mail within 21 days of receiving to:

Note:

  1. The TB4YB Postage & Handling Fee is non-refundable.
  2. An offer may be made to purchase the magnets after 7 days.
  3. If not returned, the balance of the invoice will become due after 21 days.
