I am a community volunteer in the eighth decade of a busy life. For the past few years, osteo-arthritis in hands, knees, neck and toes has slowed me down.
Like a great many people who learn to “put up with” pain, I was wary of anything that sounded “alternative” to mainstream medicine. But mainstream had nothing much left to offer than a very long wait for elective surgery and the certainty that the pain would increase while I waited.
A friend whom I trust gradually convinced me to try Q Magnets instead of seeking stronger medication for the constant pain.
It wasn’t an instant miracle cure.
I had to learn to place and attach the magnets correctly, using the body-map information on the website.
But I wasn’t alone, either: James and the team at Neuromagnetics Australia were never too busy to give me individual help, suggestions and ideas for getting the best from my Q Magnets.
A fortnight after they arrived, I felt comfortable enough to join a gentle exercise class for oldies. A week after that I was fully back into volunteer work. At the end of the first month I was pain-free in hands and knees and able to help with craft-work for the first time in years.
I’m concentrating on the toes at present, and I rediscovered an old favourite pair of modest heels that I might slip into again, one day soon.
At this rate I’ll be giving the great-grandchildren a run for their money.
Bless those Q Magnets.
