All orders over $250 will be shipped free worldwide with express delivery services. Our products are already used in more than 65 countries worldwide.
Custom duties may be applicable in some countries. Customers are expected to pay any applicable custom duties and logistics processing fees. Custom duties are not charged at time of placing the order, but may be applicable during delivery. You will be contacted by the carrier in case any custom duties are applicable and would have to clear the payment before delivery. Shipments returned due to non-payment of custom duties will not be refunded.

Q Magnets are packaged and shipped in a small box 220mm X 160mm X 77mm (8.6′ X 6.3′ X 3′) or padded envelope. They are packaged in such a way as to comply with the International Air Transport Association’s Packing Instruction 902.
Expected delivery times are provided by the carrier, DHL and its affiliates in the relevant countries. While in the majority of cases deliveries are made within these times, there are factors outside of our control such as customs, border security or Transportation Security Administration (TSA) in the USA that can delay some deliveries. Where possible we will do our best to keep you informed in cases where delivery times might be delayed.
