Do you need prompting to remember to use your Q Magnets if you are in need of pain relief?

You wouldn’t believe how many times we hear customers say… “I put up with this pain for weeks, before the lights went on and I remembered my Q Magnets!” Q Magnets can potentially provide comfort or localized temporary relief of minor aches and pains without the complication of many other treatments.

Now that you have your own set of Q Magnets for ongoing use, there are so many applications.  So instead of reaching for the systemic aspirin and/or anti inflammatories you can now use your Q Magnets specifically over the affected areas.

The suggested placements can work very well and are an excellent guide to placing them correctly.  Simple aches and pains can potentially be relieved in a few minutes by simply placing them over the injured area.

If you have a headache you can place the devices over your temples, forehead and/or back of the head for a pain free result.

If you have just strained a joint such as your ankle.  Place a Q Magnet directly over the outside of the ankle towards the foot.  Leave the magnet on with ice, rest and elevation.  Try to walk as normally as you can on the ankle so you don’t get into bad habits.  Keep your Q Magnets in a handy place such as your first aid kit.

Bumps, bruises and bee stings may all respond well to Q Magnets application for pain relief.

Computer work sitting over a keyboard all day can lead to neck and shoulder pain.  Try a Q Magnet on your neck with one on either side of the thoracic joints and feel the pain melt away and you can continue on with that all important paperwork. Be aware though that you need to “listen” to your body and pain is sometimes there for a good reason which is why there are limitations to using Q Magnets.

Remember to keep your head and neck in a comfortable position whilst typing and have frequent breaks.  Keep your feet flat on the floor and evenly spaced.
