I like the fact that I can get instant drug-free relief for muscular problems

I’m 70 and I have fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis so have lots of sore, tender spots that come and go, mainly in my lower back and shoulders. A bad trigger point can make life very difficult and hamper movement.

Before using Q Magnets my pain levels were 7/10. I’ve been a Q Magnets since the early days. My pain levels dropped to 1/10 after starting Q Magnets therapy.

When I get a painful trigger point, I just tape a Q Magnets device on it for a couple of days. This allows a painless mending of whatever caused the problem. Because I have fibromyalgia, I don’t expect a long-term fix, however I live painlessly most of the time.

Now I just need to use Q Magnets 3-4 times a month and wear them for an average of 3 days.

How do you use Q Magnets? Where do you place the magnets? Which magnets are used?
OF15-2, QF28-3
I tape them over the sore spots and trigger points with Hypafix tape.

OF50-3
I also have a large magnet that I can use over my spine when sciatica is painful. It usually stops muscular pain below that part of my spine.

Which magnets are you using the most?
OF15-2, QF28-3

What have you liked most about using Q magnets and what difference have they made to your quality of life?
I like the fact that I can get instant drug-free relief for muscular problems. I cannot imagine what the quality of life would be without the magnets – I doubt if I could have continued to work without them.

Would you recommend Q Magnets to friends and family?
Yes
