The largest model, the EquineQ is only recommended for horses (hence the name), due to its size and weight. It can be uncomfortable to wear, particularly to sleep with. The ProQ and PlusQ are effective in blocking pain and comfortable enough to wear. We recommend using the ProQ model over the spine and the PlusQ peripherally.
