30 years of back pain – personal experience with Q magnets

I heard about Q magnets through Dianne Hermans following my work on Linkedin and decided to try them because all other forms of treatment had not been very successful and I was desperate for any little bit of relief.

As someone with a keen interest in health for over 30 years I have seen a lot of products come and go in relation to helping back pain. I have tried every conventional form of treatment including physiotherapy, osteopathy, surgery, multiple level facet joint nerve burning, pilates, medication and ongoing core strengthening. I was sceptical whether this would work but I decided I had nothing to lose by giving Q magnets a go.

I placed three Q magnets on my lower back, the OF50-3 and two QF28-3 and have worn them constantly for the last 5 days.

I cannot believe the change they have made. I am no longer in constant pain. I can walk and move so much better. In fact I didn’t realise how much my patterns of movement had changed for the worse. The poor movement pattern probably perpetuated the ongoing pain.

Now I move without being apprehensive. I go to the gym and can bend and move so much better. The quality of my exercise is so much better because I no longer have pain inhibition.

I can get up out of a chair freely. Something I haven’t been able to do for years.

I have so much more energy as I am not having to mentally deal with chronic pain. I never realised how much this was affecting me until the pain wasn’t there.

I can bend over and get up without bracing and pain. I did my housework all in one go. I normally spread it over 3 days as the bending and twisting would greatly aggravate the pain both in intensity and spread.

I have even started running again. Something I have not done for 6 years. Only a few minutes at a time but at least it is a start. Before running would cause sharp pain into my pelvis and aggravate my condition for days.

It is an understatement to say that Q magnets have changed my life and in 5 days. If I could have these implanted in my back for the rest of my life I would!
